Optical and magneto-optical properties of multilayers MnSbBi(Pt, Co) were investigated, too. Influence of surface roughness (for the roughness more, then the wavelength) on optical constants of metals (aluminium) and semiconductors (anodised aluminium) were investigated theoretically and experimentally. It were shown, that the optical constants depend essentially on plasma resonance and resonance of optical conductivity at the surface heterogeneitis.
