Control group - Kievers similar with age. Study aim: to make scientific estimate of thyroid, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal and gonadal system state upon various age periods in persons with radiation pathology of thyroid. Methods: clinical, biochemical, radioimmune (hormone assay), ultrasound scan, statistical, computer data processing. Results: physical and sexual maturation peculiarities were revealed in kids exposed to radiation in prenatal period and up to 3 year old; endocrine infertility risk estimation was held. Clinical and biochemical metabolic disorders were found in 3/4 of hypothyroid patients and in 1/2 among euthyroid ones in fertility period; in elderly those disorders were revealed in 4/5 of persons despite thyroid function. Carbohydrate and fatmetabolic disorders are on the one hand of universal nature, but on the other are peculiar with age dependency in their genesis. Tendency towards uterine dimensions decrease both with ovary structure disorders origin (i.e. micro- and macrofollicular structure) were fixed in females with thyroid pathology in fertility period.
