The aim - to study peculiarities of metabolic disturbances based on the data of the oxidative phosphorilation, lipid peroxydation processes, of enzymes-antioxidants activities, of apoptosis, and of hematological data under exposure to low doses internal ionizing irradiation. Methods of the study - biochemical, polarographic, cytofluorographic, hematological. The intraduction of peroral radioisotops 137 Cs (1,85 MBk/kg; 18,5 MBk/kg) leades to disbalance in methabolism of investigational animals. The common exhange of substances encreases, which fined in increasing of contain blood serum tireoid hormones and intencification of processes oxidation phosphorilation in tissues. The moderate energetic deficit was obseved. The functional activity of marrow's blood formation was increasing. The common quantaties of limphosites, leycosites, neitrophil granulosites were decreased. The process of peroxidation essentially increased and MDA quantaties in tissues increased. The common disbalance was correlated in antioxidant sistem. Exchanges of activities of enzimes - antioxidantes were organospecific, different directed and dependent from incorporaten radioactivity and termin after irradiation. Was noted acceleration of wear of cells in irradiational organizm, which were eliminated by apoptotic way.
