Methods of researches: sсreening, common-clinical, clinical-genetical, laboratory, instrumental, mathematical-statistical.The results of investigation of children, born from the irradiated parents, with the help of the program selective sсreening have shown, that the conducting place among the revealed pathology of urine-excretory system belonged dismetabolic nephropathy. The second place occupied congenital malformation of kidneys, which were registered at 8,1% of children living on contaminated territories and at 8,8% of children, born in families LCA 1986-88 yy. The third place belonged to inflamative diseases. The groups for the further supervision are generated.
