The application of drugs in this dose regimens slows down processes of the myocardium remodeling. The positive therapeutic effects of high doses of lisinopril and fosinopril are accompanied by improvement of endothelium functional condition and depressing pro-inflammatory cytokines secretion. The reduction of vasoregulatory imbalance is particularly conditioned by minimization of cytokine-induced endothelial dysfunction.
