The research materials on the basis of a titanium and nickel (alloys BT3, BT8, EK79ID), single crystal niobium samples were used. The first stage of activity consists in analysis of changes of crystalline lattice, processes of formation and changes of a metallically surface called by electric pulse processing. The experimental technique of activity bases on a X-ray diffractometry, measurements of distribution of a work function of electrons on a surface, tests for a kinetic dimpling. For the analysis of electric pulse effect on metals the flowchart and MD program of simulation is performed. For simulation the many-body tight-binding potential in edition of Ackland in the polynomial form was choosen. The calculations of vacancy and interstitial atom recombination in a high temperatire thermal spick were performed at a mean spick temperature from 0,5 melting points up to melting point of a model crystal.For the analysis of changes of physical-mechanical properties of surface layers of metals, the way of a kinetic dimpling is designed on the basis of measurement of a contact resistance.It is showed, that the measurement of time, load and resistance during an intrusion spherical indenter in a stuff, allows to determine the basic mechanical characteristics of near-surface layers: a modulus of elasticity, yield strength, activation volume. The residual stresses of the I- and II- kind before electric pulse processing are gauged. The improvement plainly states of stress of a stuff of a near-surface layer after electric pulse processing is revealed.
