The aim of the work consists in development of SAS for treating data on SO (space objects) presentred by Russion Federation (RF) and development of proposals for the Statment on interaction of SCASS (System of Control and Analysis of Space Situation) with sources of information concerning the exchange of SO data received from RF. The developed SAS is introduced in the work being performed in the framework of the National space program and it has no analogs in Ukraine.
