Aim of the work: development of a system of measures leading to decrease of the amount of harmful gaseous substance effluent during blasting due to various explosive charges constructions. Research method: statistical analysis of detonation gaseous products during blasting at quarries. During the period of our work we investigated the quarries of Kryvyi Rih region and the quarries of Komsomolsk and Kremenchuk towns. While making our research we analyzed the composition and harmfulness of the gaseous explosion products created during blasting of modern explosived and made a final analysis of the amount of this substance effluent. On the grounds of the performed analyses we developed methods of harmful gaseous effluent annihilation depending on the following factors: explosive oxygen balance physical and mechanical conditions of blasting and rock hardness rock humidity and chemical composition. We spowed the possibility of obtaining explosives with improwed characteristics of poisoning gases s suppression. In the last chapter the results of laboratory and industrial research of developed deep-hole charge structures are shown. It was found out that along with providing the most complet use of the explosive blasting energy during grinding due to taking into consideration the properties of the ground rock, the critical effluence into the atmosphere of harmful gaseous detonation products decreases simultaneously and ecological situation in the area of raw material quarring improves accordingly.
