Energetic characteristics analysis is transacted. Temperature fields are calculated in the smelting furnace and mixers with examined modifications of the lining. Technical suggestions on the smelting furnace's and mixer's lining construction are worked out with the purpose of energetic expenses decrease. Using new heat-insulated materials in the mixer and smelting furnaces result in decrease of heat losses about by 25 and 40 % correspondingly.
