In the report are adduced the research results of accelerated reliability tests methods of the equipment, the developed techniques of accelerated equivalent - cycle tests integrated in the Guiding Technical Material РТМ 522-115-2003, are defined the Rules of the organization and conducting of operations at the confirmation of reliability indexes. At the implementation of researches and of the development of the PTM was used the long-term experience of the enterprise relatively tests of equipment of the rocket-space engineering PKT, of the aviation and other apparatuses in the cyclical regime that has allowed to reduce significantly the tests duration at the conservation of the authenticity and accuracy of obtained results. Theoretical investigations on reliability calculations at the cyclical and uninterrupted operating conditions, the requirements to the accelerating factors and their values are adduced in the report also.
