We performed epidemiological and development study, instrumental and physical examination, hematological, biochemical and microchemical assays. The biogeochemical situation in miners' district around Sosnivka town is complicated. The pupils who live there have the symptoms of ecological disadaptation and chronical xenogenical intoxication, but the newborn don't have such health problems. The complex of treatment and prevention measures was suggested and aprobated with the aim to minimize the action of the negative factors on children health. The population standarts of physical development of newborn for different gestation age were introduced in medical practice. For the first time in Western Ukraine the full clinical and immunological examinations of pupils were made in miners' regions. They proved that the fluor and heavy metal pollution of earth and water increases the illness risk, the rate immunopathological diseases, causes the fluor hypoplasia of enamel, disharmony of physical development, hemogram changes. The corelation between microchemical compound of child organism and health state was determined.
