The investigation of the polymorphism of xenobiotics biotransformation in patients with bronchial asthma and the influence of some drugs on this processes in clinical conditions and the role of pharmacologycal testing with drugs-markers in the prediction of their interaction. In patients with bronchial asthma it was shown the polymorphism of sulfadimesin acetylation and amidopirin oxydation. The oppression of cytochrome P450-dependent processes of amidopirin N-demetilation was caused by gravity of disease and the inhibiting influence of loratadin on these processes was postulated.
