The Constructive particularities EEU enable to increase the zone of the efficient use winds on the whole territory of the Ukraine. The Solar collector (which there is one of the main element EEU) enables to direct to air at the speed of in 2-4 reek greater than she exists in natural condition of the region, exactly due to use the solar energy, which and takes part in reinforcement of the velocities winds that is found in layer. EEU possible to place on free area or on area with significant swing of the heights, which are not used for useful integer. Under erected by EEU on surface of water her economic features vastly improve, due to теплоакумулюючим characteristic of water and raised velocities winds on her surfaces.
