The research methods and apparatus - chemical, roentgenphase, petrographycal, electronmicroscopic, thermomechanical research methods. The work is a continuation of research works on thr manufacturing technology development on the basis of zirconium dioxide for the smelting and casting of metals. An influence of addition on properties of samples after firing at 1750o C produced using the vibratory casting from sintered ZrO2stabilized by 12 mol.% of MgO( 4,2 mass.% ) with a maximum size of 1 mm was researched. It was established that an introduction of monoclinic zirconium dioxide into sintered zirconium dioxide does not decrease practically open porosity and increases the thermal stability of samples.Optimum amount of additions: 1% Al2O3, or 1.5% SiO2, or 1,5% ZrSiO4. It results in an increase of the thermal stability up to 25-27 heat cycles (1300o C -water) at obtained result of open porosity not more than 22% and the content of a high value of the compression strength is not lesser than 100 MPa. Trial lots of proportioning nozzles and crucibles were producet. Prognostic assumptions in the development of the research object are subsequent improvement of the technology and output of products using the research results as well as industrial testing.
