The work purpose - the technology improvement of rammed mix from zirconium dioxide stabilized by yttrium oxide and the development of the mortar of the same composition. The research methods and apparatus - chemical, petrographical, roentgenphase analysises of initial components composed of powders mixtures for the rammed mix and tne mortar as well as the rammed mix and the mortar from zirconium dioxide stablized by 10% of Y2O3 on the phosfate binder. Comparative research of an influence of phosphorus acid amount of the aggregate grain limit size as well as of an addition content of monoclinic ZrO2 on the main properties indices of the rammed mix samples from zirconium dioxide stabilized by ~ 10% Y2O3 was carried out. It was shown that from comparably researched compositions with a limit size of the aggregate grain 5 and 2 m after the thermal treatment at 150, 400 and 1750o C thesampies of rammed mix with a limit size of an aggregate grain 5 m containing an addition of 7,5% monoclinic ZrO2 on the binder from phosphorous acid in an amount of 2,6% according to P2O5 have the higherst indices of properties. In accordance with results of carried out research an application for supposed invention was handed in. The research on the mortar developmen of a substance composition analogous to a determined optimal composition of a rammed mix was codducted. As a result of carried influence research of the ratio of a grainy component of the mortar with a limit grain size of an aggtegate~ 0,5 m and an influence of its finely milled component on its main properties indices the mortar from zirconium dioxide stabilized by ~ 10% Y2O3 was worked out. This mortar contains an addition of monoclinic ZrO2 on a binder from phosphoros acid and it is characterized by high properties indices. In the O.J.S.C"The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy" with regard for obtained research results the manufacturing technology was finalized and in accordance with ТИ 24-ИО-94-2003 trial lots on the basis zirconium dioxide stabilized by Y2O3 for a rammed mix were produced as well as trial lots of the mortar on the basis of ZrO2 stabilized by Y2O3. The work should be continued for the purpose of broadening the production volumies in the O.J.S.C"TheUkrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy" of the powders mixture on the basis of zirconium dioxide stabilized by ~ 10% of Y2O3 for a rammed mix and putting into production of the manufacturing technology of the mortar both intended for the lining of pyrolysis reactors of petroleum products for the manufacture of polychlorvynilresion and other sets.
