The work purpose - perfection of the manufacturing technology of highalumina vibratory castable mix and output of trial lots. The research methods are chemical, petrographical, physicomechanical and thermomechanical.Comparotive research aimed at establishing the type influence of electrofused corundum of different producers on properties of lowcement castable mix of СВГНЦВ brand was carried out. The possibility was shown to use in the manufacturing of lowcement highalumina castable mix equally with electrofused corundum of O.J.S.C"UKRNIIO named after A.S.Berezhnoy", electrofused corundum of Urginski abrasive works to be delivered as finished fractions. The utilization of electrofused corundum of Urginski abrasive works makes possible to decrease the prime cost of manufacture products by 6%. The influence research of addition of polypropylene fiber of lowcement highalumina castable mix of СВГНЦБВ brand was carried. The necessity ofintroducing in the chemical composition of above mentioned mixture of organical polypropylene fiber was confirmed which upon burning out forms additional channels for the moisture separation and minimezes the tendency of refractory castables towards desintegration during a drying. An influence of additives of magnesiumcontaining materials on properties of a lowcement castable mix was researched. It was shown that an introduction in the chemical composition of above mentioned mixture magnesium containing materials (spinel periclase) decreases the level of the slag and metalimpregnation of samples produced from it. The removal process of the moisture was studied. It was established practically a similar accomplishment of the moisture removal process from developed in O.J.S.C."UKRNIIO named after A.S.Berezhnoy" lowcement castable mixes containing additives of magnesiumcontaining materials and used at ЗАО"ММЗ"Isteel(Ukrainey)" castable mix "Spinflow AMF 824". As a result of fulfilled research compositions andmanufacturing technology of aluminaspinel (spinelcontaining) and aluminamagnesial (spinelforming) castable mixes were worked out and their properties were determined. An application for supposed invention was handed in. The drying-heating up schedule of linings produced using castable mixes of developed compositions was proposed. In the O.J.S.C"UKRNIIO named after A.S.Berezhnoy" a trial lot of lowcement highalumina castable mix was produced which was turned over for testing in the bottom lining of steelteeming ladles of electrosteelmelting shop of ЗАО "ММЗ"ISTEEL(Ukraine)".The work should be continued with a trend (for the purpore of perfecting the manufacturing technology of lowcement castable mixes for a subsequent optimization of drying - heating-up schedule and decreasing the slag- and metalimpregnation of lining produced from them.
