The work purpose - perfection of the manufacture technology of mullitecorundum lowcement castable mix for concreti-spraying and outlet pf trial lots.The research methods - physicochemical,petrographical,thermomechanical and chemicophysical. An influence laboratorial research of the substance and grain compositions on properties of mullitecorundum lowcement castable mix for the concrete-spraing was carried out. As a result of such investigations the manufacturing technology of highalumina gun-concrete has been worked out. Developed gun-concrete of СГШНЦОБТ is characterized by an increased indice of compression strength (by ~ 1,5 times), decreased open porosity (by ~ 25%) after hightemperature treatment and more higher resistance to action of slag. An application for supposed invention was handed in. In the O.J.S.C"UKRNIIO named after A.S.Berezhnoy" a trial lot of a lowcement aluminaspinel gunned concrete СГШНЦОБТ wasproduced which was turned over to ЗАО"ММЗ"ИСТИЛ(Ukraine)". The work should be continued for the purpose of putting into production aluminaspinel lowcement gunned concrete for different service conditions and its subsequent perfection.
