The work purpose - the finalizing of the technology and the manufacture of intricately shaped new configurations for the glassmaking furnaces and the manufacture of trial lots.The research methods are petrographical, chemical, physico-mechanical, spectral.The research on the try-out of "Alcoa" company aluminas - СТС-40 and СТ-800SG in the technology of vibratory cast mullitecorundum refractories was carried out. The possibility is evidenced for substitution of ГК-2 alumina for СТС-40alumina in an amount 10-25% in combination with a fused corundum.The designs of shapes were worked out and the technologies of vibratory cast intricately shaped products of 11 new standard sizes: tip, bowls, plunger, bushings, rule of side liniter. Trial lots of mullitecorundum products for feeders of the glassmaking furnaces were produced. Trial lots were sent for the testing in feeders of glass making furnaces to 15 works ofUkraine. The work should be continued for the purpose of improving the vibratory casting technology of intricately shaped products of new configuration.
