The work purpose - metrological support of refractory production and the quality increase of testing during the production certification. The work purpose: metrological support of refractory production and quality improvement of testing during the production certification.The research methods: experimental and analytical research of metrological characteristics of means of measuring engineering СИТ; accuracy characteristics of testing equipment; maintenance of accreditation criteria of laboratories. In the limits of the research work for the rafractory plants and the institute following works were ful filled by the research workers which are linked with experimental and analytical research of metrological characteristics: - additional research and state analysis of measurement and their metrological quarantee.It was shown that in a number of measurement means to be used in the refractory production for example ultrahigh frequency device for the moisture control of chromoxide and zirconium dioxide mixes; highprecision optical pyrometer "Смотрич-5ПМ" for control of high temperature, Ukraine, are on the world level. The results of these investigations are used in the working-out of the branch methodical instructionson the attestation of testing equipment: -metrological attestation of testing equipment which is used in the certification of production; state standard samples of porosity; standard samples of works on the thermal conductivity determination as well as appropriate means of measuring engineering; - calibration of means of the measuring engineering; - metrological examination of the institute technological instructions; - measurements of - potential of slip masses and specific impact plasticity of refractory materials for the laboratory N2 of institute; - carrying out of the metrological supervision and of an inspection control of the maintenance of accreditation criteria of testing laboratories of refractory works. In the O.J.S.C "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy" the training was realized and an accreditation of the calibration laboratory for own needs was carried out. In accordance with an assignment of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine testing laboratories: O.J.S.C"Khristophorovski plant of refractory blocks and castables", O.J.S.C"Krasnormeiski silicabrick plant", O.J.S.C"Ovruchski mining beneficiation integrated works"Quartzite", O.J.S.C"Kirowogradski ore administration". As a result of all conducted works the level of measuremants carried out in testing laboratories of refractory plants was considerably increased. The work should continued for the purpose of subsequent researching and analysis of measurement state of art and metrological control and accreditation of testing laboratories of refractory plants.
