The Center of Conservation and Restoration implemented new conservation technologies without interfering into the material base of the document. There was performed the post-accident ecological monitoring by using the advanced drying and cleaning technique. There were also studied some aspects of stabilization of the material base of the documents subjected to the conditions of accident zone. The methodological support on the problems of restoration of library and archive funds damaged in accidents has been provided to the profile institutions of Ukraine.
