The magnitude of this effect depends essentially on the type of crystal lattice and phase composition of material and gets the biggest values in materials, for which the structure of tetragonally distorted cubic spinel is peculiar. The influence of structure and interface layer on the electro- and magnetoresistance of ceramic oxide semiconductors based on (CuMn2O4)x(NiMn2O4)1-x-y(MnCo2O4)y are studied.
