The aim of research is the substantiation and optimization of use of hematopoietic cells received from bone marrow, cord blood, peripheral blood and fetal liver for auto and allogenic transplantation in patients with oncological and oncohematological pathology on the basis of realization comparative analysis of morphofunctional and immunogenetic properties of these cells. Methods of research - morphological, immunological, cytochemical, immunogenetical, cytogenetical, molecular and cultural. The estimation of efficiency of methods of stem cell extraction received from alternative sources, and criteria of their quantitative definition in bone marrow, cord blood, peripheral blood and fetal live samples was carried out. It is established, that efficiency of colony forming for cord blood was higher in comparison with peripheral and did not depend on efficiency of cell separation. By results of HLA-typing it was establish that antigenic specificity of cord and peripheral blood is not distinct.
