Goal – to determine optimal methods of combined polychemo- and radiotherapy of malignant lymphoma patients and arrange their indications. Methods and instruments: histological, immunohistochemical, cytological and cytogenetic, clinical and statistic; cytoanalyzer “Integral-2MT”, microscopes “MBI-3”, “MBI-15-2”, “VALKION” and “ROCUS-M” apparatus. From our study we conclude that additional use of immunohistochemical analysis and oncoprotein expression on malignant lymphoma patients make possible to prognose disease and rate of efficiency of the antitumor therapy. It was found, that malignant lymphoma patients treatment must be combined, but polychemotherapy scheme and use of radiotherapy depends on morphologic variants, clinical stage and the prognosis factors. Synglet oxygen therapy in radiation of mediastinum of malignant lymphoma patients reduce risk of early postradiation therapy after-effects. In cytogeneticalinvestigations in vitro it was determined that number of aberant cells more then 10 % may be concidered as negative prognosis factor. Field of use – oncology, oncohaematology.
