The purpose of activity: an estimation of leukemias and lymphomas current at the patients who lived on contaminated by radionuclides territories of Ukraine, with the account of immunophenotype diseases. Methods of researches: clinical, morphological, immunological, mathematical. Features of leukemias and lymphomas current at children with the account of immunophenotype characteristics of bone marrow blast cells are revealed. B - acute lymphoblastic leukemias met at children till 7 years of life (the common type) more often. Among all acute lymphoblastic leukemias morphological type L1of blast cells, among acute myeloblastic leukemias - М1 and М4 variants of disease prevailed. To adverse variants are T-cellular and pro-B-variant of leukemias which were accompanied by higher initial level of leucocytes, haemoglobin and less short terms of a survival. Patients with a chronic myeloblastic leukemia the leukocytosis was characteristic for. Myeloid markers on lymphoid elements were recorded at Т-variant more often. The greatest life expectancy was observed at patients with common and pre-В-variants of diseases. Distribution of children on variants of leukemias did not depend on exposure doses.
