There has been developed PP for preliminary processing of imagery decoding and decoding of images in an interactive mode; for referencing and re-computation of images to geographical coordinate system; for identification of objects defined by user using topographical and geometrical features; for producing and management of thematic maps. The program product has been created on the basis of ENVI application package (version 3.6). Development of program components has been carried out in IDL programming language (version 5.3 Win 32). There have been produced appropriate design documentation and in-line documentation. There have been carried out functional and interdepartmental tests of the program product and the complex.
