All this time modernization of orthotics and technologies of therapy is continuing. Different orthosis are existing now, and allow to stop deformity progression, to correct deformity and some of them have derotational effect. General defects of all this orthosis are: bad cosmetic appearance, scarcity of corrective effect (first of all derotational effect), impossibility of usage this orthosis in deformation with the apex above Th8, pressure spot arising, appearing of neuralgic complication and trombophlebitis (last three points are referring to cast orthoses). New generation of Seno's brace has a potential of passive and active three-dimensional correction of the idiopathic scolisis during bone growth. This brace is a trainer that allows to obtain great correction. Training effect connected with correct and meticulous preparation of the brace and appropriate training of the patient: with usage of orhosis internal strains in the elements of the spine are absent; strains appeared in spinal segments above and below the apex of the deformity; strains appeared under brace influence are acting in normal direction i.e. in normal plane ((max=1,27(107 Pа), tangential strains are insignificance and may be out of attention Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
