Superlloy ЗМИ - 3 НК has been developed and the set of its service properties has been determined to replace the foreign superlloys for native ones and to provide their service life not less than 50000 - 60000 hours. Methods of investigation: thermal-differential method, X-rays spectral and structural analyses, short time and long - time high - temperature mechanical tests. The obtained results of complex investigation recommend to bring superalloy ЗМИ - 3 НК(as an analogue of superalloy GTD-111) into commercial production of blades instead of nickel-dase superlloys IN 738 LC and DS GTD-111. Use of blades with directed structure enables to inerease the blade service life in 1,5 times. Field of application is gas-transferring energetic aggregates in Ukraine.
