Head Kryivoruchko P., Registration Date 18-03-2004 Organization The open joint stock company " The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named A.S.Berezhnoy" popup.description2 The research object - oxide solders in MeO-AL2O3-SiO2 system where MeO-CaO, BaO, MnO for soldering of ultrapure corundum ceramics.The work purpose - adjusting of optimal compositing of solders in MeO-AL2O3-SiO2( MeO-CaO, BaO, MnO ) system and the production of trial lots. The research methods- the microstructure of the solder has been studied using roentgenphase and electronmicroscopic methods. An interaction sone of solders with a corundum ceramics was researched by means of microroentgen spectral, petrographical and dynamic methods.It was ascertained that solders of calcium and manganese system possess necessary crystalline structure.The penetration of solders elements deep into corundum ceramics was studied. The depth of diffusion layer in junctions of calcium and marganese systems was considerably increased with ceramics. The study of the solution kinetics in melts of solders showed the formation of new and the break of old links is limited not by the process rate but by an amount of dissolved Al2O3 in a solder. Petrographical analysis of an interaction zone showed that solders of calcium amd marganese system form in the contact zone more developed surface which allows to produce strong links. With regard for produced results of earlier carried out works the most promising works are solders of marganese and calcium products which had requred strength and vacummtightness.
