Comparison of the hypersaline lakes biota structure in China (Internal Mongolia) and Ukraine (Crimea) will permit to talk about common principles of the biota organization in these reservoirs as well as about differences, which take place. Analysis of using the hypersaline lakes recourses in both countries has revealed that their utilization is not effective enough from the economic point of view and has ecologically negative consequences. The program of the stepwise development of the cooperation between China and Ukraine in the sphere of the studying and using the hypersaline reservoirs has been worked out.
