We have observed the role of NAT2 gene in pathogenesis of uterus myoma and endometrial carcinoma. We've detected high frequency of spontaneous chromosome instability in patients with uterus myoma, the presense of extra-marker chromosomes, absense of some chromosomes, in patients with endometrial cancer. It has been established higher degree of transcription cofactor TIF2 and progesterone receptor-beta expression in uterus myoma, than in breast cancer cell line MCF7.
