As a result of our work, diagnostic and medical facts based on clinical use of dental implant in adentia patients were created. With the help of this method it is possible to renew the defects of dental arch of I-IV classes getting good and perfect aesthetic results, satis factory phonetics and renewal chewing effectively, shorten the terms of treatment. Analysed surgical methods of the treatment of the defects and deformations of stomatognatic system using the dental implantation.
