Evaluated and modified the systems of assessment of disease severity, diagnostic algorithm, the complex method of MOF management, which join mini-invasive, paracentic-aspiration and retrograde endoscopic interventions and pathogenically grounded conventional therapy. That promoted to decrease terms of diagnose establishment up to 12 hours, to choose the adequate tactic of mini-invasive and standard surgery, conventional therapy what led to decrease of number of postoperative complications and mortality up to 8.5-12% in patients with MOF.
