For the first time the pecularities of agression factors' interaction and protection of mucous stomach membrane, it's morfofunctional peculiarities on the ground of the risk factor effect were discolosed and their rating was determined for the patients with Hp-assossiated chronic gastritis, gastroduodenits, duodenal ulcer disease including that which is complicated by gastroesophageal and duodenogastritic refluxes as well as for people who submit to the influence of external ecological factors. The new methods of diagnosis and treatment of acid-dependent state which enable to improve diagnosis of this pathology and increase the effectiveness of therapeutic measures were developed, tested and realized. The peculiarities of some morfofunctional indices were determined for the patients with chronic HCV-infection. It was shown that the state of disbacteriosis for patients with hepatopathy is normalizing during the complex saratorium treatment which creates new possibilities for treatment.
