The influence of parameters of reception of raw materials on properties of ceramics is investigated. The temperature dependence of conductance and othe physical properties is considered (?, tg?, Kv, d31, Q). Is shown, that the introduction of fluorine in ceramics essentially influences properties of ceramics depends on a nature of cation replacing titanium.
