The research project aims at developing techniques for information obtaining about space weather. It is necessary for creation of competitive ground based and space communication, informatioon and navigation systems. The research project applies methods of aeronomy, cosmic dynamics and electrodynamics, random signal processing, and the partial reflection (MF radar) technique, as well as the partial reflections MF radar. The spaced antenna drift radar technique for electron concentration irregularities parameters funding has been introduced. First full correlation analisys results have been obtained. The obtained results are in agreement with other observations and represent physical processes in mesosphere and lower thermosphere. The statistics on the envelopes of interference and signal plus interference in the output voltage of the demodulator in the MF radar receiver have been studied. They are necessary for error improving of electron concentration irregularities drift obtaining. The results and aspects of facility updating are described.
