The aim of the work: theoretical and experimental study of electromagnetic field influence upon biological objects, in particular upon anisotropic quasi-crystal media of inverted eye and upon human and animal blood erythrocytes by holographic methods in the radio and optical wavebands. Research method: theoretical study and digital simulation of electromagnetic field interaction with biological media. Mathematical description and computer simulation for the processes of light propagation though the anisotropic retina layers are presented. It was demonstrated that complex dynamic Fourier intensity holograms are formed in the inverted eye of higher animal without reference wave, and in the white light. Combining the methods of holographic data processing and the cepstral analysis allows to understand some peculiarities of higher animal visual channel functioning. Methods of digital processing of interferogramfor the phase microobjects are developed. The comparative analysis for two methods of 3D image reconstruction of blood erythrocytes are presented. The methods allow adequate depicting of the phase object form. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
