The purpose of work: 1. Development and creation a radiospectrometer for research of spectra of atoms Al in Rydberg states. 2. Experimental and theoretical researches of spectra of two-photon absorption of atom Al in nF Rydberg states. 3. Measurements of concentration of ozone above Kharkov during the autumn period. The atom-beam radiospectrometer for research of spectra of absorption Rydberg atoms Al in a range of frequencies of 4-422 GHz is constructed and putting into opera-tion. At the first stage of work the 9 two-photon resonances of absorption such as nF5/2,7/2 ®(n+1)F5/2,7/2 for n = 29?37 have been found are identified and measured. Constants for calculation of quantum defect of atom Al in a F-state are found. Results of researches are published in [8]. Experiences on measurements of concentration of ozone in the center Kharkov with the help route СО2 - lidar are carried out. The analysis of results of measurements is executed. Results of researches of Rydberg atoms Al in a F-state will be used as basic at further studying of D and G Rydberg state of atom Al, and the received data on concen-tration of ozone - are used in ecological analyses of a condition of air above Kharkov.
