The purpose of work is the characteristics' of deuteron structure determination from experimentally measured charge and quadrupole form factors and the definition of probabilities of a phonon and roton creating by solid heater. The problem of the bound state of two bodies in nuclear physics (deuteron) is rather difficult because nuclear forces affecting between two nucleons meanwhile precisely are not determined. Therefore for a decision of deuteron problem different phenomenological potentials of a nucleon-nucleon interaction are usually applied. These potentials represent only the basic features of nucleons' interaction. The modern nuclear physics has many data on nuclear structure. Studying of electron- and proton-nucleus diffusion represents the important information source about nuclear form factors, differential cross-sections and density distributions of a charge and matter in atomic nucleus. This information represents the reliable base for different models of nucleus, phenomenological nuclear wave functions and different processes of deuteron-nucleus interaction cross-sections creating. Phonons and rotons in superfluid helium are born by heated up solids. The mechanism of this birth is considered in the context of Kapitza temperature jump model on the interface helium-solid. According to this model there is an excess of phonons in a solid comparing to a liquid. Falling to the interface, these phonons with some probability produce quasi-particles in liquid helium. In this work the probability of this process and the energy flow of transmitted phonons are obtained. Classical liquids are discrete systems which consist of the distant atoms or molecules. The application of mechanics of continua methods to the descriptionof all quasi-particles in one way allows us to find the probabilities of a phonons and rotons creating by the solid's phonons in quantum liquids. In order to get them, it is necessary to consider a problem about refraction of solid's phonons and solid's phonon passage. In this problem solid's phonons are falling to the interface solid-liquid helium. Here we content ourselves only with longitudinal solid's phonons. The consideration of transversal phonons gives us the difference in the value of the energy flow on a multiplier which is close to the unit.
