The purpose of activity - to create the idealized model of sources of magnetoactive plasma with cylindrical and planar geometry. Method of investigations - idealized analysis and numeric computer simulation. The idealized models of sources of magnetoactive plasma both cylindrical and planar geometry are designed, based on numeric and analytical methods of the solution of a set of Maxwell equations, equations of the moments and equation of an energy balance. The spatial distributions of fields and density of plasma are studied, which one is supported through excitation and propagation of own surface waves in digit chambers with the indicated geometries. The capability of creation of effective sources of plasma is established, which one will use surface waves. The outcomes of this research can be inserted at mining new plasma technologies.
