The goal of the work is determination and theoretical description of specific features of forming a charge space distribution, the former being delivered to the heterogeneous target with the electron beam. Theoretical and mathematical physics methods. Simulation of stochastic physical processes using personal computers. Monte Carlo method utilization for calculation of electrization characteristics of heterogeneous objects that are exposed to an electron beam. Theoretical models were generalized and research programs to simulate a process of space charge creation in two-dimensional and three-dimensional objects under irradiation using Monte Carlo method were developed. The work results may be applied for electron beam utilization in radiation technologies that are based on utilization of the beams from linear electron accelerators for charging the targets and manufacture of the electrets.
