Purpose of the work is carrying out complex investigation of interaction of charged particles and waves with matter and development of high technologies based on the results of the investigation. Method of investigation is experimental one with computing the data obtained. The study of metal or carbon plasma produced from the cathode material of high-current vacuum electric arc or with gaseous admixture was performed. The study of mechanisms of formation of plasma fluxes from pulsed beam-plasma discharge was carried out. It was shown that presence of metal-hydride in gas-discharge devices leads to considerable changes in composition of base and impurity gaseous component. The study of ionluminescence of dielectrics, in particular quartz, indicated the dependence of light-spectrum on amount and kind of bombarding particles. The dependence of fluxes of various parameters on the shape of longitudinal profiles of magnetic field, field line length. It was shown that during the motion of nonrelativistic electron bunches through metal diaphragms the diffractive electromagnetic radiation it the frequency range of 40 GHz is generated. The method was developed and experimental model of the stand for measurement of complex dielectric constant (CDC) of liquid systems in the frequency range of 48-52 GHz and in the temperature range of 213-353 K.
