The method s considered as an integral measure of physiological condition of the organism at the cellular level, variation-sphygmographical figures - at organ level, diagnostics of energy-informational metathesis of organism with computer diagnostic systems "Aurographics" and "Inta" and using diagnostics by Kirlian's effect - for complex organism condition examination. Approvement was carried out of scientifically founded system of procedures for investigating energy-informational interaction at cellular and organism levels by the example of effect of biologically active agents on figures of physiological and energy-informational condition of an organism.
