Aim of research - autonomic nervous system (ANS) mathematical model development for interpretation and investigation of HRV electrocardiography measuring. Research methods - mathematical methods of heart rate variability analysis. Mathematical methods for heart rate variability investigations were analyzed. It was proposed for transitional processes authentication and analysis use the M-indexes - local Lyapunovs' stability indicators. The adequate ANS mathematical model was created. This model reproduces certain and individually various phenomenon of the HRV electrocardiography measuring. It is necessary for deep investigation of the cardiovascular system functioning; for improvement of diagnostics of the cardiovascular system disturbances; for prognoses of pathological processes development; for forecasting of treatment and the cardiovascular system monitoring.
