The designed thermodynamic functions of quantum dots in a magnetic field which are the part of devices and arrangements of the modern nanotechology have been calcullated. The effect of combined action of the quasilocal vibrations and magnetoimpurity states of electrons on impurity atoms in the lattice in quantizing magnetic field on spectrum and damping is considered. Within the framework of the electron-ion model of the nonideal conductor in the presence of magnetic field the system of equation for electron and ion Green functions is obtained. The quasilocal vibrations and magnetoimpurity states of electrons are taking into account. Under small concentrations of impurity atoms the magnetoimpurity states of electrons are caused by resonant term of polarization operator. They caused by essential rearrangement of a spectrum and damping of phonons. The magnetoimpurity states of electrons are result in existence of crossover of the phonon dispersion curve. The magnetoimpurity states are caused by appearance of new branches in the spectrum of acoustic excitations. Outcomes of examinations printed in 14 scientific papers, us research institutes of Ukraine and the countries CIS, and also in training courses for students.
