The aim of the investigation: to obtain new data on the mechanism of defect formation while the laminated structures interact with high-energy particles; formulation of a problem of identification of the radioactive defects; working out of the generalization structure of the observation subsystem for system of radiation monitoring for territory. The research methods and equipment: irradiation by gamma-quantums, neutrons and ions of argon, methods of a mechanical spectroscopy, resistometre, methods of systems analysis, methods of physical and mathematical modelling, methods of the recognition theory. As result of this SWR performed we have obtained such main results as fellows: - worked out methodic of simultaneosly measurement of the electric resistance and internal friction in thin friableplates of silicon materials radiation injured; - revealed the anomaly nature of amplitude relation-decrease of damping in and in field of deformation with one can not be connected with nonconservative dislocations moving; it is using worked methodic for silicon with low consistency of dislocations (10-100 см-2) the revealed damping decrease have dependence from orientation of crystal and type of addition (B or Sb); - the detected decay of damping can by using for identification of accumulation of the radiation point defects on the dislocations; - working out the models of processes for a radiation defect forming; - made the investigation of possibility for classification of radiation defects and conditions of their formation; the problem of identification of radiation defects is formulated; - the models of processes of radioactive measuring and algorithms of their united was worked out; - the generalization structure of the observation subsystem for systems of radiation monitoring for territory was worked out.
