The purpose of work - development of precipitate and solid-state methods of different phase composition HA/TCP biphasic ceramics obtaining and study of physical-chemical processing its dissolution in vivo. The methods of research: X-ray analysis, infrared spectroscopy, optical and electronic microscopy, hystological research. The technique of initial batch obtaining for obtaining of biphasic ceramics with the obviously given ratio of phases by precipitate and solid-state methods is advanced. On the first method an initial deposit Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 washed out by a different concentration solution of (NH4)2SO4. The concentration of a washing liquid directly connected to a adsorption degree of (NH4)2SO4 by HA particles and degree of its destruction at thermal processing. The annealing of such powder at 1250 °C has enabled to obtain the dependence of phase structure of a product on concentration of washing solution. The method allows to obtain homogeneous HA/TCP biphasic ceramics of any composition - from pure Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 to pure b-Са3 (РО4)2. The second method consists in the synthesis of HA/TCP by reaction of СаСО3 with surplus quantity of Н3РО4 compare to necessary for obtain of stoichiometric HA composition, which allows to obtain of biphasic ceramics at annealing. Dependence of phase composition on surplus of Н3РО4 was constructed. Established, that the dissolution of HA/TCP biphasic ceramics with the phases relation 3/2 (samples as blocks and granules, both dense and porous were implanted in femoral tissue of rat) comparison with HA ceramics goes much faster in vivo.
