The purpose of the work - study of nonlinear optical effects in photosensitive films; exciton spectra and constitution of an electric energy distiribution in films of ternary compounds on the basis of halogenids of metals. Method of investigation - vacuum preparation of films, their irradiation by monochromatical light, spectroscopic and diffraction measuring, microscopic examinations of morphology and structure. Formation of periodic structures are explored, which one are arised in photosensitive recordings, deposited on transparent parallel plate substrates, outside of irradiated spot by the laser at the expense of a light scattering in a substrate and interference of scattered waves; a competition wave-guide TE and TM of modes is studied at formation of periodic structures in films Ag-Cl-Ag and As2As3-Ag; a possibility of use of small-ongle light scattering is studied for discovery of periodic structures not revealed in ordinary diffraction during an irradiation; the new data are obtained about an energy electronic spectrum of a superionic conductor Ag2ZnI4 and ferroelastics Cs2CdI4 and Rb2CdI4. The results of SIW are applied to further development of the theory of nonlinear optical effects; for prediction of properties of compounds with an abnormal ionic conductivity; for futher development of the theory of excitons in complex compounds. The guess concerning development of object of examination - futher detailed study of the nature and mechanisms of unusual optical effects in manifold thin films.
