Main goal: derivation of phase diagram and determination of dynamic properties of vortex lattice. Method of investigation: analysis of current-voltage characteristics. The main results: The obtained results gave the possibility to derive phase diagram of the vortex matter, and to determine variation of the vortex pinning force and of the parameters of vortex creep with concentration of the point defects, created by electron irradiation and variation of the oxygen content, for different orientation of the magnetic field and of the Lorentz force with respect to the plane of twins.
