The purpose of the work is to carry out methods that allow to investigate dielectric properties of liquid electrolyte system in microwave diapason of wavelengthes in wide temperature interval. Experimental researches and development of analytical model of interaction of electromagnetic radiation in microwave diapason with aqueous and biosystems in order to explain the pecularities of liquid systems and their influence on the spectrum of observed absorption. Investigation method is dielectrical spectroscopy. It is worked out the method of investigation of complex dielectric permittivity of liquids with strong absorption in centimetre diapason of EM waves. The electromagnetic problem is solved. The relations for determination of real and imaginary parts of CDP are derived. The experimental bench is mountained. Possible errors are analyzed. The results of R&D work make it to differentiate effects of contribution of microwave electromagneticradiation on ecological and biological systems, taking into account different contributions of water and bio-component.
