The expression of mRNA encoding sCD150, mCD150, tCD150 isoforms of CD150 was studies by PT-PCR using CD150 isoform-specific oligonucleotide primers. We first detected expression mRNA isoforms of CD150 on B-lymphoblastoid cell line and tonsilar cells. Malignant cells in diffuse large B cell lymphoma of anaplastic type expressed all studies isoforms of CD150. Lymph node cells of nodular sclerosing subtype Hodgkin's disease (HD) showed expression of mRNA encoding sCD150. In all cases sCD150 was detected with either mCD150 or tCD150 isoforms.
